• Whether the property is a flat, a house, or listed. Upper floor access, a conservation area or a listed building changes what we can fit and sometimes needs conservation area glazing rather than standard units.
• For an insurance claim, your policy or claim number. We can invoice the insurer directly and our report is written to the format most UK insurers ask for.
