Every panel is cut on the bench at 6 Crescent Rd, checked twice against your sizes, and edged so it's safe to handle. Trade customers welcome, with account terms available for regular orders.

Toughened glass cut to size
Toughened panels are cut, edged and drilled first, then heat-treated. They can't be altered afterwards, so we double-check every dimension. 4-12mm, kite-marked to BS EN 12150.
Laminated supplier
Laminated safety & security glass
6.4mm and 6.8mm laminated in stock for doors and low-level glazing; thicker security and acoustic laminates (8.8-11.5mm) to order. Holds together when broken.
Precision work
Polished edges & drilled holes
Flat-polished or bevelled edges for exposed glass, plus holes, notches, radius corners and socket cut-outs, positioned from your drawing before any toughening.
Odd shapes
Templates for anything non-square
Alcove shelves, shaped table tops, splashbacks around sockets, curved fanlights: we take or make a template (MDF, card or DXF) and cut to it exactly.

Cut to size, answered
Can you really cut glass to size the same day in London?
Yes. Stock float glass (3, 4 and 6mm), standard mirror and most patterned glass can be cut the same day at our Wood Green N22 workshop, often while you wait. Give us the sizes by phone or WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you travel.
How long does toughened glass cut to size take?
Toughened glass cannot be cut after toughening, so each panel is cut, edged and drilled first, then heat-treated. Typical lead time is 3-7 working days depending on thickness and finish; laminated glass to order is similar.
What edge finishes do you offer?
Arrissed (smoothed, safe to handle) as standard, flat polished for exposed edges like shelves and table tops, and bevelled for mirrors. Holes, radius corners, notches and cut-outs for sockets or brackets are all done before toughening.
Can you cut glass for an odd or curved shape?
Yes. For anything that isn't a simple rectangle (alcove shelves, table tops over shaped bases, splashbacks around sockets) we make or take a template (MDF, card or a supplied drawing/DXF) and cut the glass to it exactly.
Do you deliver glass, or can I collect?
Both. Collect from our workshop at 6 Crescent Rd, Wood Green, London N22 7RS, or we deliver across Central and North London. Larger panels are delivered and can be fitted by our own glaziers on the same visit.
What sizes and thicknesses can you supply?
Float, toughened and laminated glass from 3mm to 12mm (laminated 6.4-11.5mm), plus mirror, obscure and low-iron glass. Maximum panel sizes depend on type, so send your dimensions to 07399 253464 and we'll confirm straight away, or book a free survey and we'll measure for you.
