What the portal gives your team
- Every property, every job. Save each building with the occupier's contact and the way in. Book glazing work as "send someone" or "quote first", mark it as an emergency when glass is broken now, and attach your own job number.
- Control over cost. Fix a top budget for a job, stay within the approval limit on your account, and approve or turn down quotes from the portal.
- Progress you can see. A message thread on each job carries photos and paperwork both ways. Alerts arrive when a quote is in, a visit is booked, the glazier is travelling to you, the work is finished and the invoice is sent.
- Billing and access. Look up any invoice and the balance outstanding. Invite colleagues as admins or agents, with prices kept from agents if you choose.
