We started in 2020 the way most honest glazing firms do: one van, a glass cutter, and a phone that rang at unsociable hours. The early years were emergency reglazes, boarded-up shopfronts and midnight burglary repairs across North London: work that teaches you speed, tidiness and how to talk to people on the worst day of their week.
That grounding still shapes how we operate. We answer our own phone, we quote before we travel, and the glazier who surveys your job is usually the one who fits it. Alongside us sits our sister company Prime Fabrication, which manufactures uPVC and aluminium windows and doors to measure, so when a job calls for new frames, they come from our own factory rather than a trade counter.
In 2023 we opened our shop at 6 Crescent Rd, London N22 7RS, a physical base we've now held for over three years. It's where glass is stored and cut, where customers drop in with a broken hinge in a carrier bag, and where every job in the diary gets planned. Being minutes from the North Circular is why our emergency response across North and Central London is usually under an hour.

Our glaziers are employed by us, not subcontracted per job, which means the standards, the tidiness and the guarantee all belong to one accountable company. FENSA approved installer. FENSA is the government-authorised scheme for replacement windows and doors in England and Wales. Our registration means installations are self-certified against Building Regulations, you receive a FENSA certificate on completion instead of paying the council for a separate building control sign-off, and the certificate follows the property when you sell.

A local office wanted a meeting room without losing daylight. We surveyed, supplied and fitted a 10 mm toughened glass partition with a framed glass door over two days, working around the team's hours. The client's review sits above (the "glass room" job).
