Boarding up in Central London, through the night.

24 hour board up, Central London
In Central London the problem is rarely only the broken glass. It is the shop that must open at nine, the office reception that cannot be left open, or the communal door of a mansion block with forty flats behind it. Ring 07915 903485 at any hour and a glazier is sent straight away, usually on site within the hour.
Where the calls come from
West End, City and the mansion blocks
- Shopfronts on Oxford Street, Marylebone High Street, Covent Garden and Soho
- Office receptions and glazed entrance screens in the City, Holborn and Victoria
- Restaurant and bar frontages after late-night damage
- Communal entrance doors in Marylebone, Maida Vale and Pimlico mansion blocks
- Ground-floor flats and basement lightwells in Belgravia and Westminster

From smashed shopfront to secure by morning

Quiet and tidy
Secure tonight, presentable tomorrow
A raw sheet nailed across a shopfront tells every passer-by what happened. We cut boards to the opening, keep the door usable wherever the layout allows, and clear away every fragment of glass. For glazed office screens and shopfronts we return with toughened or laminated replacement glass made to measure. Prices start from £120 to £250 per opening; larger frontages are quoted from a photo.

Questions people ask
Can you board up a shop in the West End without blocking the pavement?
Yes. The board is cut to the frame, not hung over it, so nothing sticks out onto the footway, and the work is done from your side of the shopfront wherever we can.
Our building has a concierge and a loading bay. Can you work around them?
Tell us the building's access rules when you call: loading bay times, porter's number, lifts we may use. We plan the visit around them, which matters in Mayfair, Marylebone and the City.
Do you board up offices outside working hours?
Yes, any hour. Many office board-ups happen overnight so staff arrive to a secure entrance and the glass is ordered by the morning.
