Glazier in Westminster and the West End, for homes, shops and offices.

The West End is where our commercial work and our period-house work meet: shopfronts and office glass in the daytime streets, stucco terraces and mansion flats round the corner.

The buildings
Shops, offices and stucco
Marylebone and Mayfair mix red-brick mansion blocks with Georgian houses and shops at street level. Pimlico is street after street of white stucco terraces, and Soho and Covent Garden are mostly shops, bars and offices. Much of it is in conservation areas, and on the large estates a lease often needs the freeholder's consent as well as the council's.
Commercial glazing
Office partitions, shop glass and planned maintenance for agents and building managers.
Shopfront glazing
Toughened and laminated shopfront glass, boarded overnight first when it has to be made.
Secondary glazing
Quieter, warmer rooms behind stucco and Georgian sashes that must stay as they are.
Fire doors
Supply, fitting and inspection for mansion blocks and offices with communal fire doors.
Areas
Where in Westminster we work
The whole of the West End and the residential streets around it. In an emergency we plan on 60 to 90 minutes from Wood Green.

Westminster questions
How long does an emergency take to reach the West End?
We plan on 60 to 90 minutes from our Wood Green workshop to Westminster, Mayfair and the West End, and usually less overnight when the roads are clear.
Do you work with managing agents and building managers?
Yes. We send method statements and insurance details before we start, work to building rules on access and noise, and invoice the agent or the company directly.
Our office partition door has shattered. Can you replace it?
Yes. Glass partition doors and panels are replaced in toughened glass, made to the size of the existing opening.
Can you replace windows in a Pimlico stucco terrace?
Usually as repair or like-for-like timber sashes, because most of Pimlico is a conservation area. Secondary glazing is the common way to make those windows warmer and quieter.
